Section Plc 309.01 - Purpose and Applicability(a) The purpose of this part is to identify the professional and ethical conduct standards that apply to all licensees, in order to engender public confidence in licensing of professionals by the state of New Hampshire.(b) This part shall apply to any person who receives an initial, temporary, provisional, renewal, or reinstated license or an apprentice registration.N.H.
