Section Plc 308.01 - Applicability; License Expiration(a) The provisions of this part shall apply to any licensee who has not filed a renewal application on or before the 2024 effective date of this part.(b) As provided in RSA 310:8, II, all issued licenses shall expire 2 years from the date the license was issued, provided that the filing of a timely and complete application for license renewal by an eligible applicant shall continue the validity of the license being renewed until final action has been taken on the renewal application.(c) As provided in RSA 310:8, III: (1) Applicants shall submit completed applications for renewal, the application-related fees for renewal, and any supporting documents required for that renewal on or before the expiration date of the license;(2) A license shall expire if a completed renewal application, application-related fees for renewal, and supporting documents have not been filed on or before the expiration date of the license; and(3) The holder of an expired license shall not be authorized to practice unless and until the license has been reinstated or reobtained in accordance with Plc 312.N.H.
