Section Plc 306.06 - Decisions on Applications for Temporary License(a) As required by RSA 310:16, the executive director shall make a decision on the application within 30 days of having received an application or, if the applicant is subject to a criminal records check, within 14 days of having received the results of a criminal records check.(b) The executive director shall issue a temporary license to any applicant who submits a complete application as required by Plc 306.03 and demonstrates that the statutory qualifications in RSA 310:16 are met.(c) If the information submitted by the applicant shows that the applicant does not qualify for a temporary license, the executive director shall deny the application.(d) If the information submitted by the applicant is insufficient to allow the executive director to issue or deny a temporary license, the executive director shall request the applicant to provide the additional information needed to allow a determination to be made.N.H.
