Section Plc 304.10 - Challenging a Denial of Initial Licensure(a) An applicant who wishes to challenge the denial of an application for initial licensure shall submit a petition for a hearing before the applicable board within 30 days of the notification of denial in accordance with Plc 206.31.(b) Upon receipt of a petition for a hearing, the applicable board shall commence an adjudicative proceeding as required by RSA 541-A and applicable law.(c) An applicant who requests a hearing who is on active military duty may request the hearing to be deferred until the applicant is no longer on active duty.N.H.
