Section Plc 211.06 - Responding to Petition for Waiver(a) Any person who receives service of a petition pursuant to Plc 211.05 who wishes to respond to the petition shall file a written response within 10 days of receipt of the petition that includes:(1) The name and address of the person who is filing the response;(2) If the person filing the response is representing another person, the name and address of the person being represented;(3) A concise statement of any additional or different facts that support or contradict the facts stated in the petition;(4) Citation(s) to any statutes, rules, orders, or other authority, not identified in the petition, having a bearing upon the subject matter of the petition; and(5) The action the person filing the response wishes the board to take.(b) The person filing the response shall sign and date the response.(c) The signature shall constitute a certification that: (1) The signer has read the response;(2) The signer is authorized to file the response; and(3) To the best of the signer's knowledge and belief, there are good grounds to support the response.N.H.
