Section Plc 210.02 - Filing of Petition for Declaratory Ruling(a) Any person seeking a declaratory ruling from the executive director or for a profession for which the board is advisory or for which there is no board shall file a written petition for declaratory ruling that meets the requirements of Plc 210.03 with the executive director in accordance with Plc 203.02.(b) Any person seeking a declaratory ruling from a policy-autonomous board shall file a written petition for declaratory ruling that meets the requirements of Plc 210.03 with that board in accordance with Plc 203.02.(c) If the ruling sought by the petition would directly affect a person other than the person filing the petition, the person filing the petition shall serve the petition on each other affected person by:(1) Depositing a copy of the petition in the United States mail, first class postage prepaid, addressed to the person being served, no later than the day the petition is filed with the executive director or board; or(2) Delivering a copy of the petition in hand to the person being served on or before the date it is filed with the executive director or board.N.H.
