Section Plc 207.08 - Public Access and Participation(a) Non-adjudicative hearings shall be open to the public, and members of the public shall be entitled to attend and to testify if they so choose, subject to the limitations of Plc 207.06. (b) Subject to (c), below, each individual who wishes to testify shall be asked to write on the speaker's list: (1) His or her full name and municipality of residence or, if testifying on behalf of an organization or other person, the municipality in which the organization or other person is located; and (2) The name of each organization or other person the speaker is representing, if any. (c) If the number of people attending the hearing is small enough that a list is not needed to ensure that everyone who wishes to testify is provided an opportunity to do so, a speaker's list shall not be required, provided that each individual who testifies shall orally provide the information specified in (b), above.N.H.
