Section Plc 206.30 - Decisions on Questions of Law, Issues of Fact, and Sanctions(a) As provided in RSA 310:10, IV, the presiding officer in any disciplinary or non-disciplinary remedial proceeding shall preside at the hearing, administer oaths or affirmations to witnesses, rule on questions of law and other procedural matters, and issue final orders based on factual findings of the board.(b) As provided in RSA 310:10, VII, boards shall be the triers of fact in all disciplinary and non-disciplinary remedial proceedings and shall determine sanctions or remedial measures, if any.(c) A final adjudicative order shall take effect on the date it is served on the respondent and the enforcement division pursuant to Plc 206.11(b).N.H.
