Section Plc 205.05 - PANP, Voluntary Surrender Not an Admission of Wrongdoing(a) A PANP shall not constitute an admission of wrongdoing by the licensee.(b) The voluntary surrender of a license shall not, in and of itself, constitute an admission of wrongdoing by the licensee.N.H.
