Section Plc 202.36 - Via electronic

"Via electronic means" means using a video teleconference electronic meeting platform that enables all participants to communicate with each other contemporaneously, such as, but not limited to, WebEx^®, Zoom^®, GoToMeeting^®, or GoToWebinar^®.
