Section Plc 202.27 - Participants Participants" means:
(a) For an adjudicative proceeding, all respondent(s), respondent's representative(s), intervenor(s), intervenor's representative(s), and prosecutor(s) for that adjudicative proceeding; or(b) For a non-adjudicative proceeding, the collective group of individuals who attend or otherwise participate in the public hearing held on the matter or provide comments orally or in writing on paper or by e-mail, or any combination thereof.N.H.
