N.H. Admin. Code § Plc 202.05

Section Plc 202.05 - Board

"Board" means "board" as defined in RSA 310:2, I(a), namely "a board, council, commission, committee, or other regulatory body with jurisdiction over professions listed in paragraph II." The term includes "advisory board" and "policy-autonomous board". For any profession for which there is no board, the term means the executive director.
