Section Plc 1603.10 - Facilitated Registration for Active Duty Military and Military Spouses(a) An applicant for registration who is on active military duty or who is a military spouse shall apply for registration as provided in Plc 1603.02, except that no application processing and licensing fee shall be required even if one is listed in Plc 1002.(b) Each applicant who applies for facilitated registration under this section shall be eligible to obtain a facilitated registration if the applicant meets the qualifications for registration summarized in Plc 1603.01.(c) Any individual who obtains a facilitated registration under this section shall comply with all registration renewal requirements specified in Plc 1605 if the individual wishes to continue to conduct business in New Hampshire as nurse agency after the term of the initial registration.N.H.
