Section Plc 1504.06 - Initial Review of Applications for Initial Licensure; Abandonment(a) Within 30 days of receipt of an application for initial licensure submitted pursuant to Plc 1504.03, the licensing bureau shall process the application as provided in Plc 304.06.(b) The application shall be subject to the abandonment provisions of Plc 304.06(h).(c) If the application is abandoned, the application processing fee shall not be refunded.N.H.
