Section Plc 1404.04 - Information and Documentation Required for Initial License Application

In addition to the information and documentation required by Plc 304.04, the applicant shall submit proof of completion of the proctored examination administered by the NCTRC, which may be provided by submitting a copy of the applicant's NCTRC certification.
