Section Plc 1402.02 - Certified therapeutic recreation specialist (CTRS)

"Certified therapeutic recreation specialist (CTRS)" means an individual who, having met the established standards of education, experience, and continued professional development, has been issued the professional certificate of the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification.
