Section Plc 1311.04 - Sanctions Pursuant to RSA 328-J:19, II, disciplinary actions available to the executive director to sanction misconduct shall be:
(a) Requiring the respondent to participate in continuing education in the area(s) in which the respondent has been found deficient;(b) Issuing a written reprimand;(c) Imposing limitations or restrictions on the respondent, including but not limited to practicing under the direct supervision of a medical imaging professional or radiation therapist for a period of time determined to be reasonable based on the nature and severity of the misconduct;(d) Putting the respondent on probation for a period of time determined to be reasonable based on the nature and severity of the misconduct;(e) Suspending the respondent's license;(f) Revoking or refusing to renew the respondent's license; and(g) Assessing a monetary penalty in the amount established pursuant to Plc 1311.10.N.H. Admin. Code § Plc 1311.04
