Section Plc 1303.04 - Records of Predecessor Board The records of the board of medical imaging and radiation therapy that existed prior to July 26, 2022, the effective date of Laws of 2022, ch. 104, shall be:
(a) Retained by the executive director in accordance with the retention schedule established pursuant RSA 310:4, II(e) and available in the frequently asked questions (FAQ) section of the OPLC website at https://www.oplc.nh.gov; and(b) Available for public review as provided in Plc 100.N.H. Admin. Code § Plc 1303.04
