Section Plc 1203.01 - Advisory Board Members Appointment and Qualifications(a) Pursuant to RSA 310-A:163, the executive director shall establish an advisory board of court reporters consisting of 3 members.(b) As required by RSA 310-A:163: (1) Two members shall be licensed court reporters and one member shall be licensed to practice law in New Hampshire;(2) Each member shall be appointed to a term of 3 years; and(3) No member shall serve more than 2 consecutive full terms.(c) The members who are licensed court reporters shall: (1) Be currently licensed in New Hampshire when appointed and for the duration of the term; and(2) Have actively practiced in New Hampshire for at least one year immediately preceding appointment to the advisory board.N.H.
