Section Plc 1107.03 - Maintenance of National Certification(a) Practitioners shall comply with the requirements for maintaining certification established by the certifying organization, including but not limited to continuing education.(b) Practitioners shall maintain continuous national certification during a licensure period.(c) If a practitioner's national certification is revoked or suspended by the certifying organization, or if the certification expires, the practitioner shall: (1) Notify the executive director within 10 working days; and(2) Not engage in touch therapies for compensation in New Hampshire unless and until becoming certified again.N.H.
