Section Plc 1002.50 - Application Processing and Licensing Fees for the Professions Regulated by the Governing Board of Speech-Language Pathologists and Hearing Care Providers

The application processing and licensing fees found in Table 1002.50, below, shall apply to the professions regulated by the governing board of speech-language pathologists and hearing care providers under RSA 326-F:

Initial, renewal, or reinstatement after expiration date of prior license	2 years	$300
Hearing aid dealer license application processing and licensing:
Initial, renewal, or reinstatement after expiration date of prior license	2 years	$300
