Section Plc 1002.45 - Application Processing, Examination, and Licensing Fees for the Professions Regulated by the Real Estate Commission

(a) Subject to the notes in (b), below, the application processing, examination, and licensing fees found in Table 1002.45, below, shall apply to the professions regulated by the real estate commission under RSA 331-A:

Amendment to change the principal broker of a real estate firm, the managing broker of a real estate firm or branch office, or trade name		$20

(b) The fee for administration of a broker examination or a salesperson examination shall be the fee charged by the third party testing organization under contract to administer the exam.
