Section Plc 101.01 - Board

"Board" means "board" as defined in RSA 310:2, I(a), namely "a board, council, commission, committee, or other regulatory body with jurisdiction over professions listed in paragraph II." The term includes the executive director if the board is an advisory board or if the applicable statute does not establish a board.
