Section Phy 307.07 - Extension of Conditional License in Accordance with Supervisor's Recommendation The board shall extend the period of validity of a conditional license for the period of time, not to exceed 6 weeks, specified when the supervisor of the conditional licensee determines the extension is necessary to achieve readiness to practice with full licensure:
(a) During the period of validity of the original conditional license; and(b) When the conditional licensee submits the supervisor's signed statement of opinion that the licensee will become ready to practice under full licensure if the conditional license is extended for a specified period of time, not to exceed 6 weeks.N.H.
