Section Phy 303.01 - Method of Applying for the National Physical Therapy Examination(a) Those seeking to apply for initial licensure as a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant in New Hampshire shall apply to take the national physical therapy examination for physical therapists or the national physical therapy examination for physical therapist assistants, as applicable.N.H.
