Section Ph 810.04 - Penalty

Any certified pharmacy technician who alters, forges, or intentionally falsifies, or causes to be altered, forged or falsified, any information, documents, or records required to be kept or submitted by this rule shall be subject to disciplinary action under RSA 318:29, II.
