Section Ph 402.02 - Effect of Suspension(a) The suspension of a pharmacist license shall temporarily withdraw the authority to practice pharmacy in New Hampshire until the time specified in the order of suspension.(b) The authority to practice pharmacy in New Hampshire shall be recovered only by: (1) Complying with all of the requirements specified in the order of suspension;(2) Complying with all of the requirements of RSA 318 and these rules regarding the renewal of a license to practice pharmacy in New Hampshire; and(3) Paying all penalties assessed in connection with the cause for suspension.N.H.
