Section Ph 308.03 - Effect of Suspension(a) The suspension of a pharmacy permit shall temporarily withdraw the authority to operate a pharmacy in New Hampshire until the time specified in the order of suspension.(b) The authority to operate a pharmacy in New Hampshire shall be recovered only by; (1) Complying with all of the requirements specified in the order of suspension;(2) Complying with all of the requirements of RSA 318 and these rules regarding the renewal of a pharmacy permit; and(3) Paying all penalties assessed in connection with the cause for suspension.N.H.
