Section Ph 308.01 - Grounds for Revocation or SuspensionThe board may revoke or suspend a permit to operate a pharmacy for grounds which include but are not limited to:
(a) Misconduct as described in RSA 318:29, II; and(b) Violations of the provisions of RSA 318:29, V.N.H. Admin. Code § Ph 308.01
