Section Ph 2107.05 - Category II: Medium Risk

For the following providers without controlled substances who dispense or administer prescription medications, inspections shall be every 3 years:

(a) Private practice providers without a hospital/HMO affiliation, also known as independent private practice providers; and

(b) Veterinarians in private practice.
