Section Ph 1203.05 - Record Keeping(a) The common electronic database shall maintain a record of all pharmacists and pharmacies involved in the intake, processing, filling, and dispensing of all prescriptions.(b) There shall be record keeping systems between central prescription processing pharmacies with real-time, online access to those services provided by each pharmacy.(c) Access to prescription information by 2 participating pharmacies shall not be considered a prescription transfer and shall not be subject to the provisions of Ph 704.04.(d) All records required to be created and maintained pursuant to Ph 1203 shall be maintained for a period of not less than 4 years.N.H.
