Section Ph 1002.15 - Distributing Adulterated or Misbranded Drugs(a) A wholesaler or distributor shall not distribute any drug which is adulterated or misbranded. After notice and opportunity for a hearing, a wholesaler, distributor who is found by the board to have knowingly distributed or otherwise sold for consumption an adulterated or misbranded drug, shall be subject to disciplinary action according to RSA 318:29.N.H. Admin. Code § Ph 1002.15
