Section Ph 1002.11 - Violations(a) No manufacturer or wholesaler shall distribute prescription drugs directly to a consumer or a patient, or operate in such a manner as to endanger the public health.(b) Any person who manufactures, wholesales, or otherwise distributes prescription drugs, according to RSA 318:51-a and the provisions of Ph 1000, shall be subject to disciplinary action as provided in RSA 318:29.N.H. Admin. Code § Ph 1002.11
