Section Ph 104.02 - Copies(a) At the time and place identified in Ph 104.01, any person examining a document may make a copy of that document by any means not injurious to the document provided that the person wishing to make the copy supplies the means of doing so in the office of the board. In the event a person does not have a means of copying those documents, the board shall make copies of the documents examined upon request.(b) The prescribed fee for copies of documents made by this board shall be a minimum of $5.00 which includes up to 20 pages then 0.25¢ for each additional page thereafter and shall be payable in advance by bank draft, money order, certified check or cash.N.H.
