Section Ph 103.04 - Meetings(a) The board shall meet in its office on the third Wednesday of each month. Special meetings shall be held at the call of the president or by any officer.(b) A majority of the board may take action by telephone poll or written ballot provided that such action is ratified at a subsequent meeting of the board.N.H.
