Section Pes 804.02 - Requirements For Secondary Containment of Stationary Bulk Containers and Containment Pads For Pesticide Dispensing Areas Any stationary bulk container and any pesticide dispensing area shall be protected by a containment structure if located on:
(a) The facilities or property of a filling establishment;(b) The facilities or property of a pesticide dealer who blends pesticides for sale in bulk; or(c) Any other place where pesticides are stored and handled in bulk quantities and where operations involve the filling of containers and pesticide application equipment for distribution and sale.N.H.
