Section Pes 603.05 - Suspension or Revocation of Special PermitThe division shall suspend or revoke a special permit if it finds that the applicant has not complied with the rules or has falsified information submitted in support of their application as follows:
(a) If the division finds that public health, safety or welfare requires emergency action, the division shall proceed with the suspension according to RSA 541-A:30, III; or(b) If there is not an imminent hazard to public health, safety or welfare, the division shall proceed with the revocation according to RSA 541-A:30, II.N.H. Admin. Code § Pes 603.05
