Section Pes 602.04 - Notification of Public HearingsUpon receipt of a request for a public hearing pursuant to Pes 602.03 above, the division shall:
(a) Schedule the hearing;(b) Notify the applicant of the date of the hearing;(c) Publish notice of the hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in the area affected at least 14 days prior to the date of hearing; and(d) Instruct the applicant to provide notice of the hearing at least 14 days prior to date of hearing, to all persons owning property abutting the area to be treated. Such notice shall be by one or more of the methods specified under Pes 603.03(c)(2).N.H. Admin. Code § Pes 602.04
