The recipient of a special permit to apply pesticides to residential areas by aerial methods shall in addition to conditions imposed pursuant to Pes 506.06 be subject to the following conditions:
(a) Application shall be made during those hours when there is minimal outdoor activity. No pesticides shall be applied during those hours of the day when children are going to and from school or waiting for school buses or other means of transportation. The hours of restriction shall be determined through consultation with local school officials and the division to minimize exposure of all persons to pesticides;(b) No application of pesticides shall be made in sensitive areas, where exposure to the pesticide(s) could have an adverse effect on human health, wildlife, and the environment;(c) Sensitive areas shall include:(1) School buildings and associated properties including any:c. Other such facilities designed for use by persons in the vicinity of school buildings; and(2) Nurseries and daycare centers, rest homes, hospitals and clinics and associated properties; and(d) In cases of postponement of treatment of more than 2 days from the proposed date of treatment, the applicant shall provide notification of the new date, as required in Pes 506.06(c), (d), and (e);N.H.
