Section Pes 503.03 - Supervision(a) Persons registered at the supervisory level pursuant to Pes 403.01 shall, in addition to those responsibilities under Pes 101.35 or Pes 101.36, provide supervision to operational registration holders and others in the commercial business or entity handling or applying pesticides.(b) Persons governed by (a) above shall:(1) Be an employee of the firm or branch office registered under Pes 307;(2) Be an employee of an entity or organization classified as a commercial applicator;(3) Be a person who has been designated by the firm or organization to be in a managerial or supervisory capacity;(4) Not be supervising any other business, firms or branch offices that are subject to the requirements of Pes 100 - Pes 1100;(5) Have daily contact with operational registration holders and others applying pesticides and be available for contact throughout the period during which operational registration holders and others in the commercial business are applying pesticides; and(6) Where such person holds a supervisory registration certificate-general use:a. Supervise the application of any pesticides other than general-use pesticides; orb. Serve as the designated supervisor of any person applying pesticides other than general use pesticides.N.H. Admin.
