Section Pes 204.01 - Rulemaking Petitions(a) A person may request the adoption, amendment, or repeal of a board rule by filing an original and 2 copies of a rulemaking petition with the board.(b) A rulemaking petition filed with the board shall include the following:(1) The name and address of the petitioner;(2) The name and address of the petitioner's representative, if any;(3) A statement of the justification for the adoption, amendment, or repeal of a rule;(4) Any supporting data, information, exhibits, illustrations, or other documentation;(5) The identification of any statutes, rules, orders, or other legal authority which support the petition; and(6) A draft of the proposed rule.N.H.
