Section Pes 202.13 - Presiding Officer

(a) The presiding officer at any appeal hearing held by the board shall be the chairman or his designee.

(b) The presiding officer shall:

(1) Regulate the course of the hearing;

(2) Rule upon issues of evidence;

(3) Rule upon issue of procedure;

(4) Administer oaths and affirmations;

(5) Take official notice of facts in accordance with RSA 541-A:33,V; and

(6) Question witnesses.
