Section Pes 202.03 - Notice of Petition for Appeal(a) Appeals shall be commenced by filing a notice of petition for appeal as specified by this section with the board.(b) The notice of petition for appeal shall set forth in plain language: (1) A clear and concise statement of the relief sought and the statutory provision under which the relief is sought;(2) The exact legal name and address of each person seeking the relief;(3) The findings, conclusions, or conditions to which the petitioner objects;(4) The nature of the evidence or arguments to be offered;(5) A concise and explicit statement of the facts upon which the board is expected to rely in granting relief; and(6) A copy of the decision or order which is being appealed.N.H.
