Section Pes 201.02 - Decision by Board(a) Within 30 days of receipt of a petition, the board shall prepare a written declaratory ruling providing a response to the petition; or(b) If the petition raises legal questions that causes the board to refer the matter to the department of justice for a legal opinion, the board shall refer the matter to the department of justice for a legal opinion within 30 days of receipt of the petition. Thereafter, the board shall provide a ruling within 30 days of receipt of an opinion or other response of the department of justice that is determinative of all legal questions.N.H. Admin.
