Section Pes 1103.03 - Proof of Worker and Handler Training

A worker or handler shall be considered trained if the worker or handler has been trained in accordance with the provisions of the "Worker Protection Standard" by a qualified pesticide safety trainer who maintains a record of training in accordance with the provisions of Pes 1103.05.
