Section Pes 1002.10 - Notification to Potentially Responsible Party Notification shall be given by the division to potentially responsible parties providing the following information:
(a) The intent of the division to designate a site management area;(b) Site management area plan recommendations;(c) Location of the site management area; and(d) An opportunity to request a meeting between the potentially responsible parties, the division of pesticide control, and the site management area committee.N.H.
