Section Pes 1002.04 - Investigative Report of the Division The division shall submit an investigative report to the site management area committee which shall contain the following:
(a) The division's findings on water quality, potential source areas of pesticide contamination and potential receptors of the contamination;(b) A summary of pesticide use and handling activities at each potentially responsible use or handling site; and(c) A discussion on whether or not the source of contamination is a result of pesticide activity in accordance with the label, misuse or an accident.N.H.
