Section Pes 101.25 - Property immediately adjacent to buildings

"Property immediately adjacent to buildings" means flower gardens, driveways and all such areas, other than surface waters and turf or lawn areas, the primary purpose of which is to enhance the aesthetic value of the business's buildings.
