Section Per 901.04 - Adjustment of Increment Date When Returning from Leave of Absence Without Pay Unless otherwise provided by law, when an employee is returning from a leave of absence without pay, the appointing authority shall adjust the effective date of the employee's salary increment as provided below:
(a) The appointing authority shall determine the total number of calendar days of the leave of absence without pay;(b) The appointing authority shall add the total number of calendar days without pay to the employee's original increment date;(c) The new effective date of the employee's salary increment shall be the adjusted date calculated under paragraph (b); and(d) The appointing authority shall notify the director of the adjusted increment date by submitting an updated personnel action request to the division.N.H.
