Section Per 501.05 - Conduct of Examinations The director shall provide for examinations in various parts of the state by performing the following functions:
(a) Designating monitors to take charge locally of examinations; and(b) Making arrangements to conduct examinations in public buildings which shall be accessible to candidates with disabilities in compliance with the state code for barrier-free design.N.H. Admin. Code § Per 501.05
